Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days.   

Free Shipping:  Unless the wrong item was shipped or the item is damaged any items returned that received free shipping and drops the order total below the 50.00 requirement to receive free shipping will have the cost of the original shipping deducted from the refund.

While we work hard to insure every package is delivered in a timely manner, once the package is in the hands of a carrier it is out of our control. We can only re-ship or refund a lost order if the customer purchased insurance. Insurance can be purchased by the buyer for 1.20 per 100.00usd of value.
